Art Henwood is a senior construction and project delivery professional with over 15 years’ experience across building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, government and energy-sector projects throughout Australia.

Art specialises in:

• principal-side project governance,

• commercial risk management,

• procurement strategy,

• contract administration,

• programme oversight,

• lender-facing reporting,

• and commercially sensitive project environments.

Known for his commercially astute and evidence-based approach, Art works closely with principals, consultants, contractors, lenders and stakeholders to create clarity, maintain accountability and support successful project outcomes across complex projects.
